Gian Piero Giovannini Demonstrates The Mimì Cookware Set

Gian Piero Giovannini, the creator of the awarded project MiMì - cookware set by Gian Piero Giovannini says, Mimì simple design with its clean-cut geometry reveals a great ease of use. Handles essential but knotty shape stands out against the matt grey die-cast aluminium body and provides a firm grip even if wet or greasy. A single drawn steel sketch, seizing the non-stick cookware, doesn’t need further joints. Elastic metal flexibility is exploited to get a cozy grip: if pressed, handles easily change their shape and fit to every user’s grab. Pan handle, with its tensed wire, modifies its shape as well. Minimal design contributes in ergonomics improvement.::less material can do more and even better:.
