The Voice of Ceramic Resonant Speaker

The Voice of Ceramic

The Voice of Ceramic is a series of resonance speakers made of ceramic for mobile phones. The speakers amplify sound without any power supply, so no electricity is used. A mobile phone is placed vertically into a groove in the middle of the body. Sound from the phone outlet enters the resonance chamber and is amplified, with the bass strengthened. Music is released from two outlets on the left and right, creating a stereo effect. The loudness of the same music can be increased by 12 dB. Ceramic has a long history as a material for musical instruments in China.

The Voice of Ceramic Resonant Speaker by Hangzhou Keydo Industrial Design Co.,Ltd has been highlighted as a creative illustration of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. The Voice of Ceramic Resonant Speaker earned the Iron A' Design Award in Fine Arts and Art Installation Design in 2021. The A' Fine Arts and Art Installation Design Award is an international, juried, academic and meritocratic design competition that celebrates exceptional design of sculptures, paintings, installations, photographs, drawings, mixed media works, ceramics, art objects, craftworks and more.
