Flore
Flore is a furniture collection made of gradient pink glass, formed by a single seat sofa and a side table. The rounded, flowing shapes are inspired by a flower in bloom. The transparent material and the glossy finish with smooth edges give the pieces a light appearance. Each item is shaped by artisans using free hand glass blowing and moulds. The colour gradient is obtained through a layering process that creates a continuous transition of tone. A supporting structure is integrated to provide strength. The side table works as a surface and as a decorative object.
Flore Chair by Jun Wang was featured as an exceptional example of communication design by the A' Design Awards. Flore Chair received the Bronze A' Design Award in Fine Arts and Art Installation Design in 2025. The A' Fine Arts and Art Installation Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design recognition program which recognizes outstanding design of sculptures, paintings, installations, photographs, drawings, mixed media works, ceramics, art objects, craftworks and more.
